You Were SHAPEd To Serve God
"Every Member A Minister!" That is our #1 goal! Everything we do is pointed at empower every member to be a minister by expressing their God-given SHAPE. We accomplish our goal by helping people reach four markers along the serving with significance pathway.
First is deciding to serve -- this is when people move from spectator to participator by starting to serve in a ministry.
Once here, they are encouraged to move to marker #2, which is discovering your SHAPE --- this is where people attend C.L.A.S.S 301 and start to learn about ministry and how God has SHAPEd them to serve Him.
As members pass this marker they are encouraged to start developing their service locally, which is the third marker, by serving in regular ministry that best expresses their SHAPE.
The last marker is directing your SHAPE globally --- this is when members start to see how they can use what God has given them globally.
