Learning To Live And Lead With Purpose

Our goal is to strengthen the Body of Christ by providing a comprehensive and collaborative learning environment that mobilizes interns who live and lead with purpose.

We are currently praying for opportunities to partner with those who have a deep desire to advance themselves in all areas of their life and ministry.

As Pastor Ian says, “Leaders are learners. The moment we stop learning, we stop leading.” We want to equip leaders who feel a strong call to serve the Lord in full-time ministry so we can help them advance in wisdom and in favour with God and men.

Our program is designed to provide you with the practical, hands-on training and advanced learning needed to enhance your ministry to the Lord. During your internship you will be trained in the area of ministry that best fits your long-term ministry goals. You will receive the opportunity to serve side-by-side with others who have dedicated their lives to full-time service in God’s kingdom.

Our passion is for you to grow spiritually, personally, relationally, and vocationally during your two year internship. You will be in a community with like-minded leaders who are learning to apply the proven principles outlined in The Purpose-Driven Church and The Purpose-Driven Life.

You will be supervised and will receive coaching by the leaders and pastors of NewHope Church. You will also be given the opportunity to study at one of our affiliated seminaries: Global University (www.globaluniversity.edu).
